This body of work to me represents the emotions we feel consuming us more and more to the point where they drench us.

I wanted the photos to be presented in black and white as I feel it truly represents the type of emotions that drench us which is sadness, stress, anxiety and fear.

​

Not all the photos have the same aspect ratio as some of the photos needed the wider format to show the hands and body language, which to me is an aspect of what the person is feeling.

I wanted all the photos to work together in a way that they tell a story. I laid them out that represents the emotions the person is feeling drenching them more and more, which is represented by the amount of water that is on and around them.
